Talk to your GP. If this is post-partum, they will know how to treat you. If this is a long-term depression,made worse by the recent pregnancy, then the GP will be able to suggest directions for you to explore, namely a therapist and/or psychiatrist.
Many depressed people suffer from the low-self-esteem monster. I know I do. It's hard to learn to think better of yourself, and not feel an impostor in your life. A therapist can help you improve your self-image, give you coping techniques, and generally be an objective advocate.
Bottom-line,you deserve to feel better.
