Hello I understand how you feel. Before when i was diagnosed with GAD and Bipolar 2 all my desires were put on hold. I had a dream to be able to fight in the UFC. I was taking up boxing and jiu-jitsu. I actually had my first panic attack while in training. Because of the disorders I had, I wasn't allowed to train anymore. I also can't anymore because the drugs I was in had very powerful side effects that it affected my functionality. about 6 or 7 years ago my clinician and I agreed that I should lessen the dosage of my meds for a while because it was having extreme reactions with me. We opted to have some unconventional methods and tried approaching the problem using alternative natural ways. about 6 months on the lower dosage, I got my energy back and my clinician approved me to have regular exercise. We found out that it worked pretty well reducing my anxiety. I was able to vex out some undesirable emotions on a punching bag and it proves to be helpful. Now, another 7 years had past. I'm regular customer in the gym. I was able to return to boxing. My UFC dream may not be available anymore but at least I'm still able to box. That's what you should do. Take one step at a time. Learn yourself and your body. Once you're sure and your doctor gives a go, you'll be kickboxing again. You'll be back in shape and get your stamina back. Just don't push yourself too hard. Take it easy and eventually you'll be doing what you're passionate about.
