I am so sorry that everyone is having a rough time, I will not jump on the band wagon, it will only bring you all down more.
Instead, I will list a few things that might help. I know that they have helped me in that past and currently.
NO SODA "bai5 Antioxidant infusions" I can't post a link as it is promoting a product. All natural, will not trigger migraines, just sweet enough to take care that sweet tooth.
SCAR Sorry to hear this. I have 5 on my arm, I rub them with nothing or with any cream, they are flatting. Takes a long time. As it is on a mind blowing spot, if you can afford it, go with your plan.
CLUTTER yes, mine builds up and I have no idea where it comes from. I find a box and mark it good will, put in garage or somewhere. Clothes, If I have not worn it in the past year, in the box it goes. Books, this is a hard one, if not read in the past 3 years, and not
sentimental, IN THE BOX!
JUNK MAIL look at mail at your recycle bin or trash can. Toss all junk mail immeadiatley [sp]
away. open if you are not sure, toss if junk. Lessens those piles that accumelates on tables.
That is all I have to give today. I hope it helps lesson someones anxiety. And yes, I have 2 boxes in the trunk of my car for goodwill that have been there a week. But I will eventually drop them off.
