hope ya don't mind I started Karen & trina. I need to chat I guess. feeling really dis-associative, and being so. I have been hibernating a lot. am very depressed and lost. life, sometimes it is rosie, and sometimes not. I am still getting things done, in a very adhoc manner, but stuff is still being done. I want to cry, but can't, I want to scream, and I wish I could be just held. big baby turtle needs a bottle!! (of scotch)!!! and no, a ciggie. my cardiologist would hunt me down and rip my heart out if I did. thx for listening. on the plus, I am here, still kicking and screaming.

Sorry I have been away for a while. Craziness here. Things are starting to slow down again.

Turtle- I am sorry things have gotten you down. Stay strong hun as this too shall pass.

Pitmom- I am so glad that things are getting better for you. I miss the sunshine myself.

Joyce- I am praying you and your husband. I am so sorry all of this is happening to y'all.

Karen- I hope you have a good day my dear.

Well depression is at a flat line. Anxiety is as well. I have to go to my son's school and put people in check. Ugh! I am almost to the point I am not gonna be nice about it anymore. Sinus troubles are making my days and nights hard to be in. So very tired all of the time. We'll I am off. Have a good day or night. Be back soon.

I finally got up and seen the world. water works are keeping me up.

Friday check in.

Last night I got a phone call from husband's Oncology doctor. John has Non Hodgkin's cancer. (Diffuse large B cell lymphoma) Not what I hoped (but feared) I would learn.

Now we must decide on treatment options. I fear the end is in sight.

Thanks for the information about your friend, Karen. I would like to know his approach.

Just (tried) to replace bandage on John's nose. Whew, I'm no nurse for sure. It's supposed to be air tight...maybe my tape is too old and not sticky anymore. Hope I do better tomorrow.

email would be better. I don't like to use the phone..... hearing problems, but don't pester your friend.

I've spotted a bunch of forums available..

I don't want you to trouble them Karen...anyway, it's probably the caregiver that could help the most...not the patient.
