I hope your day gets better, maybe a longer walk or a second walk is in order to help you feel better. Endorphins maybe... I am going to try to walk today. I think enough snow has melted so I can get to the road and it isn't icy.
Hang in there. Things will get better, it just takes a little time. In the meantime, try not to think too much. Work on mindfulness. Focus on what is important for the day and just that. Give yourself a little break if you can.
I hope that you start feeling better soon.
