Vyvanse and Depakote

I've been on both vyvanse 50mg for ADHD in the morning and Depakote 2000mg a night as a mood stabilizer for about a week I'm set for my first blood work on Wednesday. Since my first day taking the medication though I've noticed I can't sleep more than 2 maybe 3 hours a night. I won't eat anything it makes me sick but my stomach will burn and growl constantly. I feel good depression wise but unfortunately, the past couple days I've been on the medication. I've been passing mucus in my stools like ONLY mucus. I have been constipated I'm not sure if that's from not eating or what. The difficulty urinating is to be expected with vyvanse I've been on it before but Depakote has me worried I see people's forums and their stories. I do have a slight pain in my lower stomach but it's barely noticeable. Any help would be appreciated. Just want to know what's going on.

Yes, I would let the doc know what is going on. Changes do often occur after starting a new medication(s). This could be all it is. But I think knowing for sure would calm any anxiety that is occurring.

I took vyvanse for a bit when they had the Adderall shortage. I am back on the Adderall now. Never taken Depakote.
