We're students looking to help individuals suffering from depression in a way that is currently unavailable to them. Could you please be so kind as to help us better understand what is missing by filling out this quick 30 second survey?

Interesting idea.

There's no doubt that social media style communication is where many people feel most at home. I like the idea of peer to peer support for depression, but there are many dangers inherent in that model. Remember that you technically are dealing with mentally ill people. Are you thinking of something that is moderated 24/7 by mental health professionals?

Privacy and anonymity are important, not only to teens, but to the public at large. There's a reason why no one under 30 uses Facebook - the importance of anonymity has been drilled into Millennials, and teens now inherently understand the importance of a clean digital footprint.
