I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. The majority of the feelings you discussed are things I can completely relate to in my current situation. My best advice is to just never stop seeking support from loved ones or this forum and to follow any medical advice you receive. I know that one of my biggest hurdles has been a lack of support, so, seeing as I am just learning my way around here, I am going to activate the email option, should you choose to get in touch. I can't help but want to personally reach out when I find people whose posts I can relate to so closely. If you want to talk, I am here! When I'm feeling that way, I try my best to keep my negative thoughts or self-talk at bay by replacing them with positive affirmations (i.e. "I am confident, I am capable, I believe in myself). I can't say it's a miracle cure, but it does help. Keep in touch! Best wishes.
