Hello.

I made a post recently called "Depression and Pain Rxs." If you have any experience or advice in this area, I would truly be grateful for any reply you can make on that reply. You can go there if you have time, and read my initial post, and then other post I made myself two spots below the original. Please forgive me for making those two rather lengthy posts... but I am in a bad way and need some help from you who know what depression is all about. No one in my family or circle of friends seems to know or really care. Their response seems to be, "Oh come on. Get a life... just snap out of it and everything will be fine!" If they only knew!?!

Hi Lee,

I just joined this forum and saw your posting from December and wondered how you are doing?

I too have depression and have many family members as well with Bipolar etc. I have also been diagnosed with IBS, Insterstitial Cystitis, have had multiple ulcers, lower disc degneration, fibromylagia and so on...

Everyday is a struggle especially if you don't have the proper supports in place. I find that attitude is 98% of trying to cope.
