Am I allowed to ask if others have had experience with a particular doctor?

Having been banned twice for including links in my post to information that I thought would be useful (because it was considered advertising), I am now very gun shy about posting anything. Am I allowed to ask if anyone has heard of a particular doctor? If I post, does anyone know Firstname Lastname, will that get me banned?

I don't think we are allowed to name specific doctor's names. Not positive but I will find out.

Are you talking about psychiatrist? This is the depression forum. "doctor" is kind of general.
