Noca, you mentioned on another post that you take....
take Wellbutrin SR 300mgs and Lexapro 20mgs together. Both are anti-depressants. In combination they do alot for my depression. I am able to feel good more often than not mood wise.
I'm presently taking 150mg Wellbutrin and 5mg Lexapro. I have a lot of major life stressors happening right now in that I cannot pay my bills, have severe depression/anxiety, chronic - near daily migraines and my disability is ending on 11/30/06. I have to figure out a way to move/downsize and their are so many scenarios going through my mind all of the time. I can barely eat now in spite of the Lexapro which caused lots of weight gain. Was it a process to get up to the dosages you are on? Does you psyche prescribe anything like Xanax? I went to my MD and told them how bad things really were. I guess I mentioned not wanting to go on and, well, when my doc left, the doc that took his place said to go to my psyche to get xanax and would not refill my RX. My psyche will not prescribe xanax. She has given me samples of two types of meds that help bi-polars in a manic phase. I am NOT in a manic phase. I am NOT bi-polar. These meds made me into a zombie with glassy eyes and tiny pupils. Do you take some type of med for anxiety during times of stress and despair or has this combo worked for you?
Thanks for input
