Pain is bringing me down

Just Wanna Lock the door and cry and cry. I've got Osteoarthritis in my lower back and right knee, been through two sets of pain injections on my back with asthmatic attacks after.
Now, the pain is back I'm outta vicodin and having trouble sleeping and it's really starting to bring me down. Thought I could cope, It's hard really very hard.
Any suggestions, I see the pain management doctor on thursday. As if the Asthma wasn't bad enough now Osteoarthritis. is it okay for me to say "WHY'.
The pain was gone for a little while after the second set of shots and I was elated and happy and thinking it was going work was I ever wrong, I'm always wrong
when will I ever get things RIGHT..............I haven't told anyone in my family again and I don't want to and I don't care........they'd be mean about it anyhow
I'd like to think I burned the bridge where my family is concerned.
Feeling better for venting, I've stopped crying now.
