Sometimes I'm ok. Sometimes there's a pleasant distraction, maybe a tv programme or something, that makes me feel ok for a little while. The tiniest thing can trigger a depressive episode though. It's got to the point where I feel I can't really interact with people because they're unpredictable and anything they say could make me feel worse at the drop of a hat.
