Hi Amarafay, I would agree with Shy on trying to change your exercise program...I have several physicial illnessess in addition to depression. It took me a while to figure out that the DVD exercises just werent for me. I just got outside with the dog and started to walk. First it was to the end of the block, then increase up to 5 miles a morning. Now I have switched to going to the gym in the mornings as it is cold here in the winter and cant walk outside. I have found that I really enjoy my exercise routine and look forward to it each day.
