I've not actually heard much about
coffee being good or bad for you.
I could do with more info though.
Without my coffee in a morning, I feel sad. This is because when in hospital, they getme hooked on caffiene, as all they have for us to drink is either coffee, tea or coca-cola.
I absolutely adore my coffee, and hate having to go wth out it, although for the last couple of months I've had too.
My psychiatrist put me on a ban from drinkng caffeine. The only thing I'm noticing is that I'm waking up the same, going to bed the same, sleeping the same, but during the day I'm having to have an extra 2-3 hours sleep or I feel drained of energy.
She put the ban on, as I usually rely on different foods to make me feel better. I spent a while concentratingon sing the coffee as sort of a happiness potion, and I was supposedly becoming too reliant on it.
Now my happiness is from cereal drizzled with meleted chocolate and smarties and fruit. This means if I did start back on caffiene, I wouldn't be hooked on it, as I'm over that now. Trouble is I can't find anything to say coffee is poisonous to you, and I want to start dribnking caffiene again, as I'm bored of these mid-day naps. But I can't ask my psychiatrist about it till she gets off from annual leave.
If anyone does have any pro's and con's to caffiene please post them, as it would be good to read.
