I looked at the site, as well. Not much detail. I have battled with depression most of my adult life. I've tried all routes. The only thing that worked for me was a better diet and more exercise. These will definitely help. More fruits, vegetables (especially greens), whole grains, live vs. processed foods, more water, etc.. Keep track of how you feel after you eat something. Your body will tell you, if you pay attention to it. Research links between depression and liver function. Cut out things which negatively impact the performance of the liver. I hope this helps.
