honestly iono what's goin on no more... for the last few years i jus been extremely low... tonight especially... it's hard to talk wit people and crap... i honestly donno what to say. i feel so stupid and i hate people knowing... i saw some thearapist person but stopped going... i jus donno no more i guess i need someone to talk too.. am i being stupid? or selfish? or jus making something out of nothin? ugh

I understand exactly what you mean when you say it's hard to talk with people, and feeling stupid when people know. I've seen 4 therapists and either they didn't "fit" with me or i didn't feel comfortable telling them everything. One of the problems was that when I saw the dr's i was never having a bad day so everything was ok at the moment and I didn't have anything to tell them. You are not making something out of nothing, so please don't feel guilty/bad about it. I (thank goodness) have a wonderful boyfriend to talk to but he can only understand so much of what is going on in my head witch is why I just joined this group so I could talk to other people "like me" hang in there

I too, want to join the long queue of people that want to give you a warm welcome to the forums. You should find all the support and help you need here. Finding a therapist that you "click" with can be just as hard as finding a med that suits you and you may have to see a number of therapists before you find the right one.
