Oh! Two thoughts go through my mind here. First, you're wise to 'watch' out if diabetes is prevalent in your family, and second, don't go overboard to the point of obsessing about
your blood sugar if it's controlled. I'm sure you've learned all about
controlling the blood sugar with diet and exercise, so you already know what to eat and what not to eat to help keep blood sugar in line. I know that you are not overweight according to your earlier posts, so that is a major advantage for you. Unless your pancreas quits working altogether, I'll bet you'll be able to avoid becoming a full-blown diabetic since you're taking steps to control your blood sugar now. Good luck!
