Hi Joni, it's amazing how many different kinds of yogurt there are now. There really are a couple that are 'low carb' but you have to take time and read all the labels to find them. It's plainly on the container but with all the varieties.... it'll take some minutes to find them. I believe Kroger has its own brand of low carb, too. If you can't find one, then buy containers of 'no sugar added' yogurt and just eat half the container at a time. I've done that and it worked out fine. I've also bought the plain Greek-style yogurt and add artificial sweetener. Supermarkets are carrying these now in the organic sections. I know of two brands: Oiykos and Fage. Good luck.
