Hitam, you're doing really well! Your body is responding well to the change of diet as you can see by the weight loss and lower blood sugar. Sometimes there will be a plateau, but the fact that your blood sugar is not so high is helping your overall health. You are spiking in reaction to carbs. I know that especially in this season, there are times you'll be eating something different but be careful that it doesn't become a habit. No one knows at what point elevated blood sugar damages the organs. It may vary from person to person. Anyway, the walking is great for the blood sugar as well as circulation, heart, blood pressure, etc. I would think that having a regular schedule of working and eating that your sleep pattern would improve. I don't know much to help you with that. You're in a much better place than a few months ago.
