Welcome to the Forum, Junkone. What is "the blood sugar solution"? I have a few comments. Why did you stop the Metformin? Did you ask your doctor? A bowl of lentils has a lot of fiber but it still has carbs so even with a long walk, I'm not surprised your blood sugar was elevated. Another possible reason is that sometimes after exercising, our blood sugar may be elevated for a short time as the body is using glucose for energy and when you test, you're seeing the circulating glucose waiting to be 'used' up. Having the lentils would probably keep it high though.
