Yes, it seems ok to me. Nothing in your family history or your own health history seems to be suspicious. Lab parameters say under 100 is normal fasting. If I were you I wouldn't worry about
this but if you're eating a lot of carbs like the pasta and bread as you wrote, then it might be a good idea to just cut down on them.
If you do see you're gaining weight though, your blood sugar may also be rising and you'd really need to watch your diet much more.
