I guess I haven't been here for a while well here goes my breakfast idea I eat oatmeal (no sodium) as well but I put 7 carbs worth of fruit in it pineapple. blackberries or blue berries, IOGO yogurt which has only 4 carbs and one slice of toast.......plus my coffee
Remember being Diabetic you also want to watch your sodium intake
