we can all do it with effort and encouragement. And thanks
for your reply too, Jeannie143. My 170+ readings are usually
late afternoons,when hunger strikes.(small,healthy snacks like raisins,wheat crackers, nuts.) That's usually when I do my
exercise and sometimes drop 80-100 points off those
higher readings. Have less than 1-carb serving w/ dinner
(chicken or fish and veggies)and have 120-140 readings before bed and Lantus. Have good a.m. #s (90-115) Diagnosed Oct. '05. Thanks again everyone.
