I recently discovered that I have super high blood sugar. It's ussually around the low 200s.
I happen to take a look at the lable on the milk bottle. It has 12 grams of sugar!
And I drink a lot of milk. Dang! This was from a 1% lowfat milk bottle.
A freind of mine sitting next to me says that whole milk has a lot less sugar. Does it? Should I even drink much milk anymore?
I was a milk junkie, drinking a least a quart every day, ussually two qaurts.
So then I get on the net to look into "milk and diabetes". Pretty much the entire screen is filled with search results of stories saying that Milk causes type one. Something about babies not being fed breast milk and drinking lots of milk as an infant causes type 1. EEK.
I am curious as to our readers opinions.
