Hi All,
I seen the dietician and she really helped me on how to count carbs and foods and how much I can eat:)
But... Here is a question, she said I can eat any meats just weigh them and account for what you put on them? I was telling this to my stepdaughter and she said oh no, No redmeats the dietician is wrong!
Who's wrong?
I am doing better but the last few days I think it has finally hit me, as hard as I try my numbers dont seem to go under a 110. I know this number is not bad, but I think it means I am a diabetic huh?
Even with taking the meds I am over 110 in the AM and I have been walking and real carefull on what I eat and the portion size I eat.
I took my husbands bs and he had just drank about 3 to 4 beers and his was 74. My daughters bs after drinking 2mt dews was only 73.
So I figure I am a diabetic and I might as well face the fact:(. It makes me sad and even right now if I would let myself I could cry. I hate it, hate it hate it!
I have had a lot of stress lately, this has brought me down, Being the oldest is not always the best thing. Alot of family problems mom, sis, and mom's boyfriend who is my age and hates my guts
I know everything will work out, but it is hard.
