I'm curious to know how Lanie's home A1C worked out.
I have read of others who've used them successfully and the results were almost bang on to their lab's. Some had minor differences of less than a percent in either direction.
Personally, I think a blood draw from the vein will always be more accurate, simply because of all the potential external influences that taking capillary/interstitial blood from the finger can have. Just my 2 cents
