Hello All,
I tried the lemon-grass grilled beef with rice noodle from a Vitnamese restraunt today. I ate beef first, and then salad, and then, 1 oz of rice noodle.
Out of curiosity, I tested after 1 hour. Opps, a record high of 200!! (before lunch was 83).
My worst number before was 160 - 1 hr after meal.
I know that beef is a little sweet today. But I did not expect 200. I guess this entry is out!
