Hello Everyone:
I recently started eating Muesli (dry mix with a few raisins) for my breakfast, with plain Greek yogurt. I tested twice 1 hr after the breakfast, I only got 80. I am usually around 130 if I eat 1 slice of bread with egg and butter.
I checked the carb on Muesli (Bob's Red Mill, Old Country style). It is 21 for 1/3 cup with 4g of fiber. I don't understand.
I will test 2 hr after on Sat. and keep you posted. But the 1 hr number did surprise me. Any comments?
