Sorry... been "away" for a while but, I'm back. Mostly. (Been keeping up with the forum posts though).
BTW... Mmmmm, love chips. Salt & vinegar. Love fries, too. With salt & white vinegar of course. Maybe that's why I seem to tolerate potatoes (that way) more than any other starch. The vinegar mitigates the spike? Hmmmm, maybe we have something there. Now if we can just get you American folks into trying the S&V on your fries (I always have to take my own McD's packages when I travelled there).
Rice, on the other hand....I think I have to count a carb for each grain. If I eat it I usually "sprinkle" it on something main. Rice=Bad, even for a T1 like me.
