Hi my name is serena and i am 27 i found out about a month and a half ago i was a diabetic for at least 3 months and didnt know...I didnt know why i lost so much weight like i did...I went to the doctor tested my sugar and it was very high..Lucky for me i caught it in time to where i got it under control...I used to be your weight and now i am down to 193..
I thought i couldnt eat alot of the foods i liked to eat like chilli,spagehtti and stuff like that..All i do is watch how much sugar intake i eat...when i go to the store i look at the sugar contents on the back of the boxes and lables.
I went back to the doctor and he told me that i am doing good at keepin it under control..I still eat the regular foods i like to eat but sweets which i didnt eat much at times anyhow..I Just eat small portions so i dont eat to much sugar.LIke if i eat chilli..i eat one bowl, spagehtti one plate,i eat ice cream i have to get the kind that is low carb..I have also found prezetls that have no sugar in them...People are like wow you find snacks that have no sugar i am like yes i do
..I also take blood glucose pills to help keep my sugar down and take blood pressure pills to help me from getting kidney disease..If you would like to talk about anything i am always here..but always remember always thinks good thoughts and remember you have friends and family out there that is there for you..
