Hiya Lanie:)

Not going all that good (Mom died last April & Dad died 2 weeks ago) but I'm still coping.

Put on 12 pounds in the last year but Doc says that it's stress related. Concentrating more on the diet & the gain is reversing.

Just thought I'd drop in & see how everyone is doing:)

I'm so sorry about your mom and dad. It's been a rough year for you and the family, I'm sure. You need to take care of yourself. Get back on track.
