The best vitamins for energy are found in the fresh foods that you eat since they contain so many micronutrients that haven't been researched yet. If you want to learn more I've found some websites for you. I did a Google search and used the words "food sources of vitamins" for my search. You can use other terms and maybe find even more stuff.

The B vitamins have always been involved with energy production, but they aren't the only thing that is needed to boost energy levels. I have found in my own experience that light exercise, done daily helps raise my energy, as does remembering to eat my meals on schedule and not skipping meals or snacks. Hope this helps you.
