You know, the reason you don't feel like eating is probably your body's way of telling you to fast. I know, because I've been in the same position. But I was recommended this way of eating and fasting that worked wonders, and I feel healthier now than I have for years.
There's these naturapathic doctors who have been recommending for years that you eat mostly fruit and honey and so on, but I always thought that was dangerous for a diabetic condition. Turns out, after reading this book about
"archonutrition", that sweet stuff like that cause your body to throw out a lot of toxins and stuff, so we blame the sweet food.
