At this time last year, I was being rushed in for an emergency Angiogram passing three patients waiting their turn, after a possible third Heart Attack starting to happen in less than 24 hours (10pm and 3am) this while we where visiting Kingston for my birthday
They did the Angiogram and realized the blockage was between 95-99%, so they decided to do a Angioplasty, when trying to do the Angioplasty they realized the Stent passage way was blocked and very brittle, so it was not inserting as planned and couldn't get it out, they then became very worried the next Heart Attack would cause severe damage to my heart and I would not possibly make it, the Cardiologist doing the Angioplasty said they had to find a surgeon to perform the operation and called in Dr. Dimitri Petsikas who performed the surgery, Sandy was very happy with this doctor and the hospital as well just because of the way they explained to her in laymen's terms what was happening not like in Ottawa.
So a Big THANK YOU to Dr. Dimitri Petsikas, Nurses and staff at the Kingston General Hospital, if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be talking to you
