First of all, always read labels, so if you're going to buy this, read what the carb content is. According to the information online, it's not low carb. And it's probably rather expensive since it seems to be part of a health craze.
Are you on any medications at all? If so, could they be sapping your strength? Are you on diabetes meds? What are your blood sugar readings? You write that you are very close to being diabetic; are you testing your blood sugar? What are you eating for meals? If you are not on diabetes medication, then you need a solid eating plan that will not raise your blood sugar.
I would suggest following a decent food plan, getting enough sleep and talking to your doctor about
how you're feeling.
