I haven't read that book but I'm sure it's scary to find out all the food that has added sugar. I don't buy any salad dressings anymore. We just use oil and vinegar.
I used to think those roasted chicken sold in grocery stores and Costco were great but looking at the ingredients convinced me not to eat them anymore
