I think that is a healthy choice. Lots of articles around about
red meat not being that good for us as a steady diet, as well as processed meat. In our house we're also eating less red meat. Sometimes I don't eat any meat at all a couple of days a week just because I don't have a taste for it. I eat more vegetables and greens and have been eating more nuts and seeds, too.
