Hi and welcome to HealingWell. I'm sorry you're suffering with this. If you're asking about taking the metformin, then it's best to take it with food and not on an empty stomach. Metformin will help control the blood sugar along with diet and exercise. If you eat a lot of carbs and fried/greasy food, then metformin is also more likely to give you stomach problems, so you'll do much better with this medication if you follow this. As far as the other meds, I don't know but I believe that others have experienced higher blood sugar when taking Omeprozole so if I were you, I'd ask about another drug in its place.
