I read a post in another part of HW about this and thought you'd like to hear about it.

I just love stevia. it is a little costly - but eating right is expensive to begin with. I use only the packets - 1gram, I believe. I do cook with it when sugar is called for. Well, my wife cooks with it - I make cereal with it or use it in tea. Boiling water is my 'cooking' experiences

What is this? Sorry....I am just curious. The Amish use it? I guess I can stop being a lazy ass and do some research..although I guess that is what I am attempting to do here.
