blood test glucose results

My s/o hasn't had a diabetes test.  But his blood work showed his glucose high.  Does that mean anything?  It was 115, 107 & the other one I don't remember.  these are his symtoms:

Symtoms: All the time dizziness, (for the past 2 1/2 months)
weakness all over.
Weakness in hands and feet that comes and goes. Tingling in fingers.
Sweating for no reason.
Swallowing trouble (clearing throat alot after eating meals & feels like there is something in the throat all the time),
restless legs syndrome symptoms,
numbness has had two bouts in right side of face/head, and some more numbness in face to a lesser degree.
Also is tired often, doesn't sleep or eat well, has a physically demanding full time job, has been off work for a month with no improvement.
Has has memory problems also for about 3 months or so.
Feels like he's in a fog
He stumbles frequently

THE dizziness and weakness is the major problems.

Sounds like he may need to have his thyroid checked. I had many of those same symptoms when I was diagnosed hypothyroid about 20 years ago. I also had some blood glucose issues back then, too (hypoglycemia), even though I've recently been diagnosed a Type 1. Diabetes and thyroid issues are connected through endocrinology and metabolism so it could be concievable that they might be connected. If he's already having blood tests done, it's just another vial of blood to test for thyroid (TSH, T3, T4).

Now having said that, I would still encourage him to seek a doctor's advice as, really, the symptoms could be indicators of any number of possible issues (heart, circulation, endocrin, etc.), and a doctor would best be able to address the appropriate course of action. He needs to find out what he's dealing with so make the appointment as soon as possible. This is a case where ignorance is not bliss. Best of luck and well wishes. Keep us posted if you can
