Hello Folks, does anyone have an opinion about Cinnergen? They claim it's clinically proven to decrease the symptoms that commonly accompany elevated blood sugar and its effects.

I think a healthy diet and exercise are far more important than finding some sort of concoction to take. I'm not saying that adding supplements can't be beneficial but your focus needs to be on the diet and exercise. When you get to see the doctor you can ask him/her about additional supplements. Personally, with your limited resources, I don't think I would spend my money on it.
