Following a previous thread, here are a couple of interesting articles from one UK newspaper today. One claims a viral link to the variability in individuals pr
opensity to store fat. I'm sure we all know of lots of examples of people who gain or lose weight more easily than others, now it looks as if there's more and more research into some of the processes at work. I'm afraid some of us will always have to work harder than others just to stay in shape!
The other link implicates some type 2 medications in an increased risk of heart disease. I know very little about these medicines, but I have seen other threads which mention Avandia and Actos.
