Frombc, I would be more worried if the 2 or 3 hours glucose tolerance test came back high. That's a more controlled test than a morning fasting or even the A1c. In any case, again, don't sweat this out on a daily basis but eat fewer carbs, more protein and more vegetables (to fill you up rather than bread, pasta, etc.) and stick to your routine of an active lifestyle. Walking, exercise is important not only for the blood sugar but for the change of life. (You'll survive this, honest! I did.) Take care.
