foot pain and insulin

Hi -

I think I may have diabetes, have most the symptoms. Have a doc appt next week.

Just wondering, if I have to take insulin, what's the chance my feet burning and pain will subside?

Dear Mountain,
The feet pain and burning may subside without insulin if you follow the "nothing white but cauliflower" low carb food plan, or you may be on insulin, oral meds and your new food plan until you lose some weight and get those numbers down. Feet burning is bad, but blindness is worse, so be sure and stick with us after your appt. and we will help all we can to keep you on the path back to better health.
