I read alot of the comments about psueodo-seizures  I was diagnosed in 2004, I just want to know anyone out there that lives in Ohio or even 5 yrs from Ohio know of any good dr. that really understand these seizures and don't think U are having them on purpose. If U know of any please let me know. I have to figure out how to put my email and stuff on my profile. redface

There are several good teaching institutions in Ohio. One of the leading neurology and epileptology departments is at the Cleveland Clinic. However, Ohio State and University Hospitals also have noted epileptologists. I am not familar with the Cincinnati area. Your can go online and review the rankings of the different hospital departments and subdepartments in Ohio.

The Cleveland Clinic is the hospital that diagnosed me they are one of the best in Ohio, but the doctors where I lived have never heard of it and don't undestand it, even the doctor that sent me to Cleveland, and read the results

Did you go to a neurologist or an epileptologist? Epileptologist's specialize in seizure disorders. A trained epileptologist should be able to help you diagnose your problem.

I seen both kind of doctors stella the neurologist sent me to the specialist. I tried to get disability for it but I got denied 3 times. I've been off of work a long time
