i'm glad you feel that way. that's great!
i also like to tell those and only those who are close to me about my seizure disorder - or people i work closely with, etc.
the only thing i always notice though is people always look at you differently after that - i see it in their eyes as soon as i tell them. you know if it was asthma or something - people wouldn't feel the same. but i think it scares them. so i always let them know what they should or shouldn't do for me if i do have a grand mal - which does help a little. and then theres the ones that if you are feeling the smallest bit unwell - keep asking "are you sure you're ok?" - like you're going to have a seizure then and there.
by the way, i have a friend who last year because her seizures were not regulated by medicine was able to get one of those dogs that are specially trained to help us with seizure disorder. i thought that was sooo cool!
