Violence and looking for objects to throw

My mother is starting by jerking, then she looks for things to throw at people, she bites, and scrams lumps out of peoples arms and backs, and uses bad language at people, I'm thinking this is an attention seeking thing, as she only does it to a person who annoys, or upsets her. What do you think???

She doesn't drink, and never has, I'm 39, and she seems to stop when my sisters place a baby, or toddler on her, she cuddles them, I have witnessed this all my life, if my late dad upset her, she would reduce him to tears by physically hurting him!!! She won't let anyone in the EEG room with her when they do the flashing/strobe light test, the tester has told me she exhibits the jerking movements of an epileptic, but when she is at home, the violence returns!!! I know she doesn't take her medication, and these violent outbursts only are aimed at people who annoy, or upset her. My family can't see it, but my son had asthma as a toddler, so I trained in advanced first aid, and every other epileptic I've ever seen, have had spasms and jerky movements, she has been over 6 months without having one, and know that not taking meds, most epileptics have siezures more frequently, I am now sure it is attention seeking!!!
