I'm new here, a little about my problem. I've had seizures since I was 8. Now I'm 24. I have seizures everyday and night. Petitemal. I'm on Dilantin, Phenobarb, Gabitril, Keppra.

Welcome to HW. Glad you found a support group here to come to... you are taking a serious amount of medication. Feel free to comment/discuss about anything that interests you. It's always great to see someone new.

I just wanted to say hello and welcome to the forum. There are alot of very good people here. I am also 24 years old. My story is strange, but basically I was misdx'ed as a kid. Had my first daytime Grand Mal last July. I am on Keppra. Hope you are feeling well. Tracy

First of all, welcome to the forum. You have certainly come to the right place. There are lots of people here with lots of experiences that you can draw from.

I too have petit-mal seizures, since 1979 and I too am on dilantin and pheonobarb and it has been controlling my gran-mal seizures very well.

Welcome :) I'm 29 and been having partial seziures since I was 23 yrs old. It sucks, but having a place like this really helps!

Seems like you are on a lot of meds, and you are still having them. Did the doc say why?
