Epileptic Vertigo?

A little while ago I had an atypical seizure. For a couple of hours prior, I felt lightheaded, dizzy, my eyes weren't tracking right and I just felt weird, like I had vertigo. At first I suspected I might be dehydrated due to the se ere diarrhea I had been having, even though I had already had 30oz of fluids. So I went down to the nurse and asked her to check my orthostatics. I laid down and as soon as I did I felt like my eyes were spinning and my body and the whole room was spinning. I then proceeded to make moaning /crying sounds and I could hear the nurse and my eyes rolled back into my head. After I came out of it, I was told it lasted just less than 5 minutes, yet to me, it seemed like 1, and that I had jerked a bit, which I also don't remember. Now, afterwards I felt like I had never lost consciousness, yet I must have if I didn't know I had jerked and that it was that long. After I came out, I could remember hearing the nurse. And a few minutes afterwards, I tried to sit up, and I lost all muscle control and fell backwards and felt like I was going into another seizure. Luckily she got ativan in me.for a while I couldn't track with my eyes and I had vertigo the rest of the day. This is super odd for me because I only have generalized seizures, yet this seems like a partial seizure. What does it sound like to you? Anyone else experience something like this?
